Moving Out/ Giving Notice
When it comes time to submit your notification to your landlord here is a video that offers clarity about the process.
Would you like to pay online and not have to drive to our offices or mail your check? As a CPM resident, it is easy.
You can pay the total amount due on your account directly from your bank account by ACH.
We do not allow partial payments.
We do not allow pre-payment. Therefore you cannot pay for a coming month until the 1st of that month.
