Huge shout out to property manager Jenny! Thank you so much for all your help. Not only did she immediately jump on a flooding issue that we had. But she also organized and took care of a massive dead tree that was a hazard to my neighbor's house and my own.

Southern Oregon Homeowners Association SOHA has contracted with CPM for many years. They have demonstrated a high level of competence, flexibility, and Customer Service in the responsibilities they complete for us. This includes financial management of our income, operational, and reserve accounts. They collect our resident dues and process all of our expense  payments. Additionally, through their experience, knowledge, and vast relationships with many other homeowner associations, they serve as an  indispensable resource tool in our compliance with governing documents, city requirements and applicable state and federal requirement laws for HOAs . COLLEEN from Medford cpm is AMAZING. She is a literal angel sent down from heaven lol!! You guys seriously need to give that woman a raise beacuse wow she is so sweet and actually cares about your needs. Amazing communication gets back to you asap and even after hours if its important. Really this woman goes the extra mile and goes above and beyond to try to figure out any issues with getting into a house, she really makes it her mission to see family's housed and happy. I've worked with CPM as an HOA Board member for the past 6 years and have found Dawn Nimmo and John Dix to be professional, consistent, available, helpful and an excellent support to our Board members and the overall operation of our Home Owners Association. Dawn Nimmo is always courteous and diplomatic when it comes to delicate issues at The Farms, in Jacksonville.  She shines in that department, as well as always communicating helpful information and giving heads up when maintenance projects require us to move our vehicles, or make temporary plans and adjustments.  She is always there, no matter the situation and always responds with quick and efficient timeliness.
